Spring is finally here!

Well I finally figured out how to get on my blog......seemed to have forgotten my password and had to do a little work to figure it out. So much has happened since the last update. It has finally started warming up which is wonderful to me. The grass is green, trees budding and flowers blooming. We planted flowers outside a couple of weeks ago and they so far are looking good. Jacob and Adam have finished track and school is almost out. This Friday is the last day. Jacob has started baseball he is catching, playing Short Stop and Pitching (yep that is kinda scary thought! ha ha) Actually he is doing pretty good. Adam is playing basketball they will start playing in June. They are both going with Grpa Doug to Novinger to the Flea Market this weekend. Then Adam will leave on Monday for church camp. Jacob will go to wrestling camp in June. Who knows what else they will find for us to do.
Dustin is working as a deputy in Johnson County KS, he is on nights right now so some weekends Mandy and Abbie come up to visit us. They were here this past weekend. Mandy will be out of school this week and then they will be moving sometime this summer. Tyler and Ruby have been bonding since he has been home. Julie is working at the hospital evenings. She is hoping to get into RN school next fall. Jeff has been busy at work as well as I have. We will start campaigning the end of the month as that is the first fair. We will probably just ride in parades and throw candy as I don't have any competion this year. Hoping to get the girls to ride with me some also.
Josh and his family have added on also since the last update. Jayden Ryan was welcomed into the family. We haven't gotten to see him yet as he lives in AZ. Grma Sharon went and spent two weeks with them.
Jacob went to Prom with Jessie Wilson. They looked very nice in their black and lime green finery.
I got to experience spring in Branson the last of April. Actually I went to a conference for work. Rode down with 3 other ladies and was quite entertained by them. We stayed at the Chautua (probably not spelled right) on the Lake. It was beautiful. One day we ate down at the landing out on the patio on the lake. It was very pretty and the food was good. We had training from Tues to Thurs and were quite busy all the time. The food was pretty good and I ate way to much. The weather was somewhat rainy but the temps were in the 70's all week. Everything was green and blooming. (see pictures)
We had a weinie roast at Grma Helen's a while back. As you can see from of the pictures not only did we have good food there was lots of entertainment as is the Jennings way.
Summer will be busy as usual for us. I will try to update as I have time or pictures to share........as long as I can remember my password........
